📦 “How long will my order take to arrive?”
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery takes approx. 3–7 business days within Australia. International shipping may take longer depending on your location.
💰 “Do you offer Afterpay?”
Yes! Afterpay is available at checkout so you can shop now, enjoy your goodies, and pay later in easy instalments.
🧴 “What’s the difference between your lash courses?”
Great question!
– The Classic Lash Course is perfect for complete beginners who’ve never lashed before. It covers all the fundamentals to start your lash business from scratch.
– The Russian Volume Course is for lash techs who already know the basics and are ready to learn advanced fan creation, styling, and retention techniques.

🔄 “Can I return or exchange products?”
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or faulty. If that happens, please contact us ASAP with your order number and photos.

Of course! If you’re unsure, start by grabbing my Free Info Pack (linked in course emails or my bio), which includes a breakdown of must-have products and what I personally recommend. You can also DM me or send an email — I love helping you build your lash kit!
🎓 “Do your courses come with a kit?”
Some courses are offered with or without a kit — you get to choose! If you opt for no kit, you’ll need to bring your own tweezers. Don’t worry though — I’ll have mine available to try, use, or purchase at the end of the day if you need.
🤯 “I’ve literally never lashed before. Can I still do the course?”
YES — that’s exactly who the Classic Lash Course is for! I started in your shoes back in 2021. I had time, passion, and a dream — and now I’m here to help you start strong, feel confident, and build a business you’re proud of.
📮 “Do you ship internationally?”
Yes, we do! International shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
🧾 “Do you offer certificates?”
Absolutely! All in-person course graduates receive a certificate of completion — proudly earned and proudly framed (trust me, you’ll want to show it off 😉).
🛒 “I put stuff in my cart but forgot to check out — can I still use my discount?”
If you received a discount code and it hasn’t expired, go ahead and use it at checkout! If you’re unsure, just reach out and I’ll check for you.
📬 “I signed up for a discount but didn’t get an email?”
First, check your junk or spam folder (those filters are sneaky sometimes). Still nothing? Reach out via DM or email and I’ll get it sorted for you right away.
