🤎 How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery takesapprox. 3–7 business days within Australia. International shipping may take longer depending on your location.

🤎 Do you offer Afterpay?
Yes! Afterpay is available at checkout so you can shop now, enjoy your goodies, and pay later ineasy instalments. BUT not for much longer..

🤎 What courses do you offer?
Right now my main course is The Lash Index: Wispy Edition — everything you need to masterbeautiful, handmade wispy sets and mega volume, from consultation and diameter logic through to advanced fan work and retention. It's available both online (learn at your own pace) and in person (hands-on with me).

🤎 Can I return or exchange products?
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or faulty. If that happens, please contact us ASAP with your order number and photos.

🤎 I don't know what products I need. Can you help?
Of course! If you're unsure, start by grabbing my Free Info Pack (linked in course emails or my bio), which includes a breakdown of must-have products and what I personally recommend — including my 'Rhi'tention Adhesives (medium and low humidity formulas). You can also DM me or send an email — I love helping you build your lash kit!

🤎 I've literally never lashed before. Can I still do the course?

If you're a total beginner, I'd honestly advise focusing on classic lashes first — but I wouldn't turn up the opportunity to grab this at the presale price! I'm here to answer any questions along the way. If you're ready to learn, go for it — more advanced lash artists will pick up on more of the terminology straight away, but it's nothing you won't be learning in time too 🫶🏼

And if it's been a while since you purchased — the course may have evolved so much since then, so you've got the best version yet!

🤎 Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! International shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on
your location.

🤎 Do you offer certificates?
Absolutely! All course graduates receive a certificate of completion — proudly earned and proudly
framed (trust me, you'll want to show it off ✨).

🤎 I put stuff in my cart but forgot to check out — can I still use my discount?
If you received a discount code and it hasn't expired, go ahead and use it at checkout! If you're
unsure, just reach out and I'll check for you.
